Lawn Care These 3 programs are sure to fit your individual needs and budget.

Our lawn care programs are designed to fit the needs of turf grasses in Northeast Wisconsin. We use All Granular fertilizers on every application.

Deluxe Program - This is our most popular lawn care program. Like every program, we'll begin with a free lawn inspection. Then we apply Crabgrass Preventer along with our custom blended all granular fertilizer and weed control. Three additional applications are then spaced every 7-8 weeks (depending on conditions) for optimal feeding. Weed control is applied only as needed in early Summer and late Summer to protect your lawn from any unnecessary stress from the herbicide. Annual Aeration is a good way to relieve compaction and the build-up of excess thatch. Grub Preventer and Surface insect control are optional.

Deluxe Plus+ - Our Deluxe plus+ program is for those of you who want an additional application of fertilizer during the season. Typically, you are a homeowner who uses an irrigation system. This extra "booster" all granular application will provide you with a satisfying green into late fall, even under moderate irrigation.

Estate - This is a well rounded and economical program for those folks who have large lawns (over 30,000 sq ft) The first application begins with a free inspection. Then we apply Crabgrass Preventer along with our custom blended all granular fertilizer and weed control, followed by an early Summer application and a Fall application which supplies necessary nutrients for Winter survival. Annual Aeration is a good way to relieve compaction and the build-up of excess thatch. Grub Preventer and Surface insect control are optional.

Monitoring Your Lawn Throughout the Year
Every time we visit your yard, an audit is performed to check for the effectiveness of previous treatments and the presence of diseases or damaging insects. If a problem is spotted, we’ll not only let you know – we’ll also provide recommendations on how best to correct the problem.

Grub Control White grubs can devastate a lawn. Grub Preventer is one way to protect your lawn from damage.
Core Aeration Core Aeration involves the removal of 1" to 3" inch soil cores (or plugs) from the lawn. As lawns age and sustain use from play, activities, and mower traffic, soil compaction can result.
	Aeration has several Key Benefits: -Reduces Compaction -Improves Rooting -Increases the water, nutrient and oxygen movement in the soil profile -Reduces the thatch layer, giving your lawn more benefit from applications of fertilizer. -Increases drought survivial by enhancing the infiltration of rainfall into the root zone.
